  • How do I book an appointment?

    You can book online through our safe and secure Fresha booking link - just hit “Book Appointment” at the top or bottom of any page and it will take you ti the external web page. Prefer a more personal touch? Message us anytime.

  • What should I know before my first visit?

    Come as you are. We’ll walk you through every step. We recommend arriving 10 minutes early to settle in, especially if you’re a new client.

  • How long do treatments take?

    Most sessions range between 30–90 minutes depending on the service. You’ll find estimated times listed on our treatment pages when booking.

  • Do you offer gift cards?

    Yes! Treat someone you love to a NIYA Gift card. They are available in-studio or online and can be used on any service.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. No-shows or late cancellations may incur a fee.
